Grading and Landscaping

Every Egress install window or window well must have positive drainage grading away from the foundation. This is critical to ensure no flooding occurs or hydro-static pressure be misplaced on the foundation wall which can cause major damage including cracking, settling, heaving, separation as well as walls moving out of plumb. All of which are very expensive to have corrected by a foundation repair company, and can be easily avoided in most cases with proper grading and drainage.
